Psychotherapy
Relational therapy that helps you
understand your patterns, regulate your
emotions, and feel more confident in your life
Why People Come
to Me
People come to do therapy with me for many different reasons. Maybe stress, anxiety, or low mood is starting to take over your life. Perhaps relationships are feeling difficult, family dynamics are complicated, and boundaries are hard to set. Or there is a pattern that keeps repeating no matter how hard you try to change it.
Sometimes difficult experiences from the past are still affecting how you feel, react, or connect with others today.
Maybe you come because you want more — more confidence, more clarity, more healthy relationships, or a greater sense of ease within yourself and your life. Maybe you're looking for greater self-understanding or a stronger sense of connection with yourself.
Whatever is bringing you to therapy, the goal is not simply to talk about problems. It is to create meaningful change so life feels lighter for you, relationships feel more connected, and there is a greater sense of confidence, self-trust, and well-being moving forward.
Our Therapeutic
Relationship
The relationship we build together is an important part of meaningful change. You are the expert on your own experience, and we will work together to focus on what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right. If something doesn’t feel helpful or quite right, you’re always welcome to say so. We can talk about it and adjust our work so it better supports you.

Our first session is a chance for me to understand what is bringing you in, what is working well in your life, and what you are hoping therapy will help you achieve. From there we will talk through a plan and decide on next steps together.

Individual Psychotherapy
Therapy works best when it fits the person, not the other way around. I bring a trauma-informed, relational approach to each session to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or anything else you feel you need to address.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
Online therapy is available across Ontario. In-person sessions are offered in Gananoque.

Dating and Relationship Coaching
Dating right now is hard. The apps and the mixed signals can feel really overwhelming. Even in established relationships, things can get tough.
This is a combination of therapy and coaching to give you a clear structure for navigating dating or improving your relationship. You learn to slow down, feel what is true, and express it simply and directly. Less arguing, more sharing.
This is individual coaching, not couples therapy — practical, personal, and built around your specific patterns.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
