Sound-Bath Therapy 
and What to Expect

Sound-Bath Therapy involves listening to live soundscapes. Intentionally created by a sound therapist in session, the vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, other instruments and voice, are combined to calm the mind and body. The Sound-Bath can take place in either a group or private session.


Sound-Bath therapy is an exercise in deep listening. The powerful effects of sound and vibration stimulate your brain without you needing to “do anything.” Clients often report a positive release of emotion and physical tension. What’s wonderful about sound-bath therapy is: you don’t need any experience with mindfulness or meditation to experience its stress-busting benefits. There is no wrong way to receive a sound bath. All you have to do is sit or lie down, settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and give yourself permission to take a time out. By bathing in the sound of the bowls, clients are better able to slow down and process the challenges of life.
